A Quarter to Remember

History Continues Amidst Pandemic Issues

However due to the hit of the pandemic, every festivities were canceled to avoid the further spread of the COVID-19 virus, of course, includes the Vigan City Fiesta celebration.      Fiesta celebrations are supposed to be filled with fun, excitement, and laughter for us to feel the essence of the celebration bit because of the pandemic, it is mandatory to cancel every festival celebration and avoid creating huge crowds that can cause the increase of COVID-19 cases here in our country.
